Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to enhance user experiences and create visually appealing, impactful designs that resonate with our brand and audience. Your role involves designing intuitive user interfaces, conceptualizing compelling user journeys, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver designs that meet user and business needs.

This role extends beyond design; you will craft experiences that enhance our brand and create meaningful engagement with users. The ideal candidate should have exceptional design and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of branding and audience needs, and a passion for developing designs that inspire and engage. A strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions, particularly for SaaS applications, is a must.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user and business requirements.
• Develop high-quality design concepts through wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards.
• Create and refine graphic user interface elements, including navigation menus, buttons, reporting dashboards, and other visual components, while adhering to branding guidelines.
• Design and optimize visually appealing and intuitive reports that align with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct user research, develop target personas, and leverage analytics to make informed design decisions.
• Translate wireframes into polished visual designs that reflect the brand's identity and resonate with the target audience.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, ensuring designs meet usability, responsiveness, and accessibility standards.
• Present designs and concepts to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Conduct usability testing to refine designs and improve user experience.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance your work continually.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, and a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of branding, user personas, and audience-focused design.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and translate feedback into actionable design improvements.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an eye for clean, modern design aesthetics.
• A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and their impact effectively.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to adapt and iterate based on feedback.
• Experience working on projects that integrate emerging technologies such as generative AI is a plus.
