Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the execution of our product roadmap and strategy. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and department leaders to lead platform development and integration initiatives, driving innovation and scalability. You will play a critical role in enhancing platform adoption, streamlining operations, and delivering measurable value to our customers by aligning the platform’s capabilities with business needs and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in product management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to unite cross-functional teams toward achieving impactful business outcomes and long-term customer success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Define and articulate the value proposition of the product, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market opportunities, and the company's strategic goals, while identifying and driving new development initiatives to enhance product offerings and maintain competitive advantage.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the order of feature releases and aligns with strategic business goals.
• Prioritize features and user stories based on their impact on business value and customer satisfaction.

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, define requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Serve as the customer's advocate within the development team to prioritize their needs and expectations.

• Write detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure a clear and shared understanding of requirements.

• Oversee and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it remains up-to-date and responsive to feedback, market shifts, and business goals.
• Continuously refine and optimize the backlog for efficient development processes.

• Plan and manage product releases, ensuring each release meets quality standards and delivers maximum value to users.
• Coordinate release schedules to align with strategic objectives and operational readiness.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver seamless and high-quality product experiences.
• Lead the product development lifecycle, encompassing ideation, planning, execution, testing, and release phases.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or software development projects.
• Proven ability to develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Demonstrated experience in roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and managing product backlogs.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, user stories, and acceptance criteria, with proficiency in tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to gather insights, define requirements, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Experience with user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and improve customer experience.
• Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle, usability testing, and quality assurance practices.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in leveraging analytics and KPIs for decision-making and measuring product success.
• Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align teams toward shared objectives.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities, with adaptability to navigate dynamic, fast-paced environments.
