Summary:

The HR Manager will be overseeing Human Resources. You will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, focusing on employee engagement, performance management, compliance, KPIS and fostering a positive workplace. 

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR Strategies to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business success. 
• Handel employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. 
• Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. 
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. 
• Foster a diverse, inclusive and positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives. 
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, as well as employee performance appraisals. 
• Continuously monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights and best practices to keep the organization competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 12 to 14 years of industry experience
• Proven experience has a HR Manager with strong understanding of HR principles and practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
